Owner takes care of lawn maintenance, quarterly pest control, and washing machine and dryer. Pet policy: there are breed restrictions due to insurance liability dogs containing Rottweiller, Doberman, Pit Bull, German Shepherd, or Chow are prohibited. Pet Rent is nonrefundable and is $45/month per dog and $35/month per cat.
