Spacious 3rd floor has room for king size bed and currently has two king size air mattresses. A fold out single bed is neatly tucked away in the MBR closet. Master bedroom is wonderfully designed for guest peace and tranquility. Lots of drawer and storage space, big windows with privacy curtains, a luxurious couch for relaxing on, and a handsomely carved workspace table. The house is beautifully lit with an abundance of lighting control. High speed wireless internet access is available throughout the house. House is equipped with an external security camera located at the front door actively monitoring the walkway into the home with a partial view of the front street for additional security. Modern refrigerator with ice maker. Laundry area in the basement includes a washer, dryer, and clothes folding table.
