Lease terms
Our lease is month to month. The price for rent if fixed for two years. If a longer lease is requested terms can be negotiated. We require cleaning be done at the end of the lease to details when rented. This means extensive deep cleaning. Damage to the carpet ( stains that cannot be removed , holes , etc. ) will require full replacement of builders grade carpet. SMOKING IS PROHIBITED Renters insurance can result in a deduction of rent and is negotiable. Utilities are paid to National Grid for gas & electric. We provide water service at NO additional cost to rent. We do NOT put up with drug dealing , noisy tenants or businesses being run out of the house. Home office is fine. Extensive traffic that bothers the downstairs tenants will cause problems. The downstairs tenants are long term quiet people. It is our responsibility to provide quiet. We accomplish this by selecting tenants of similar lifestyles in regards to peace and quiet. This is a home not a bar room....
