SMOKING POLICY. No smoking of any kind (including cigarettes, vapes and marijuana) is strictly prohibited anywhere on the property-both indoors and outdoors. Violations will result in an immediate $500 fine, the cost of professional deep cleaning, and immediate eviction without refund. QUIET HOURS. Quiet hours begin at 10:00 PM each night and continue until sunrise. Quiet hours consist of no music and keeping all audio at a minimum level out of respect for the surrounding residents. No loud parties, or loud music. Gas and electric are capped at $400 a month combined. Pet Fee is $500.00 (Refundable) No Cats (Dogs only)
