Whole Foods, a large supermarket, is across the street and there are several convenient stores, cafes and restaurants all within a few hundred meters of the apartment. The apartment is fully furnished with two bedrooms, one single with a twin bed and one large single with a double bed. The apartment then has a kitchen, a bathroom and a dining area. Maximum occupancy is 2 people. Rent includes furnishings, heat, gas, hot and cold water, wifi internet, bed linens and towels. Electricity is set-up, but charged separately. The kitchen is fully equipped. All that is needed are personal belongings. There is a one-time Move-in Fee of $350. Rent is $2200 per 4 weeks. Lease length is 9 to 11 weeks.
