Reduction in Security Deposit:

Lease terms
Tenant is responsible for all utilities. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the home. The property features two screened-in decks for added outdoor living space. Small pets (up to 20 pounds) are allowed with a non-refundable $300 pet fee. A refundable security deposit of $3,500 required to reserve the property. Installment payment options are available prior to move-in; however, any funds paid will be non-refundable if you decide not to proceed with the lease. The first month's rent will be prorated and is due on the move-in date.
