The most ideal spot in Central Texas - located close to everything and yet totally secluded and peaceful.… Lake Dunlap is a small lake with only 1 public boat dock, but only 15 minutes from downtown New Braunfels, 30 minutes to San Antonio, and 15 minutes to San Marcos. It is a great place to swim, fish, bird watch, kayak, sup, grill out or just relax!

This home lives large for the size! It is a 3 bedroom and 2 bathroom space, including a very spacious primary bed and bathroom with a large soaking tub. The living room is also large and open to the kitchen and dining areas. It's perfect for a group gathering! All floors are wood, no carpet, and fresh paint inside and out. We are open to offering the house furnished as well.
The outdoor spaces are where it's at! A large dock patio allows you to watch the sunset or have a family cookout -ample spaces for groups to gather and eat. We also have an additional gravel patio, complete with charcoal and gas grills.
Bring you kayak or canoe, and enjoy the serene mornings and weekdays on the lake. Swimming is ideal with a shallow area near the bulkhead, and a ladder. We also have a buoy to provide kids with a boundary.
Enjoy the water in the summer or cozy up by the fire pit in the cooler months. Sit on the dock to dine, have a cocktail, or watch the sunset anytime!
