Tenants must complete a RENT SPREE application or provide something similar for owners' approval. Only credit scores above 700 will be considered. NO SMOKERS. A pet may be considered with references for owners' approval. Home is unfurnished and ready for occupancy as of July 1, 2026. Note: a small washer/dryer is in the laundry room and has worked for past tenants. but is being left as a convenience, not a guarantee of its condition. Kitchen appliances are part of lease and are in good shape as were replaced by landlord with renovations. Neighborly tenants requested as owners share driveway and expect a good rapport with tenants.
