Pet Fees: no additional pet fees. All fees are included in monthly rent. If damage to home (urine marks, fleas, excessive scratches or gauges on flooring or walls, etc.) there will be an additional fee billed to tenant. Pets are limited to: 2 cats, or dog 20lbs or under. Additional pets require an extra $50 monthly payment per month. Tenant pays: water, electric, cable/internet Washer/dryer: since washer and dryer are shared with both units in house, any repairs or replacement costs are divided among all tenants in the house. Parking: there are 2 small off-street parking spots. Depending on size of vehicles depends how many can park. Tenants are responsible for snow removal on sidewalks. Two entrances available (interior and exterior entrances). Up to two off-street parking spots. Shared washer/dryer available in basement. Pet friendly, all included in rent. Older home with charm that has hard wood floors in main living area and bedrooms. Stainless steal appliances in kitchen. Gas stove. New kitchen flooring installed in 2023. Updated bathroom in 2023. All new paint. Central AC and heating. The third level (attic) is a bonus space with carpet and lots of storage options. Main level tenant is quite and respectful. Backyard is small but has built in fire pit. Located .5 block from UIowa downtown (Mercy) Hospital and 5 blocks from downtown. Near bus line and 3 blocks from a city park. Easy to get to I-80. Tenants are responsible for: scooping snow, water bill (average $40/ person if two tenants), electric bill (average $95) and own cable/internet. Landlords: we are a local husband and wife. We are not a large property management company. We try our best to help tenants when problems arise as quickly as possible. In return, we also expect the tenants to take good care of the home they are in. SHOWINGS: 24hr notice is required for any showings.
