The third bedroom & second bath are in a fun separate cottage off the back patio. Heating and AC in main house is central. Cottage is heated and cooled by mini-split. Up to two dogs ok. No smokers. Internet, utilities, trash removal and property maintenance are included. Parking for two vehicles on the paved driveway. A beach cart and chairs are provided One set of linens provided along with a starter set og paper products, cleaning supplies and trash bags. Property is currently occupied by short term guests and touring availability is limited.
