Tenant is responsible for all water, sewer, gas, electric, cable, satellite, trash pick-up and lawn maintenance. Lease must end during the month of May yearly but can be assumed to an acceptable applicant on a yearly lease. Rollovers on a monthly basis are not allowed on our lease. Applicants must have a credit score of 700+ and provide proof of income. While our terms may seem harsh, we are the owners of the home and not a management company. We respond to any issue asap and hope our tenants will assist us in maintaining the property in excellent condition.

Pets may be approved with a non-refundable deposit. Leash laws apply. Good credit (FICO of 700 or higher), proof of employment, proof of income, previous leases and references are required to secure a lease. Applicants with previous evictions will not be considered.
