Ample off-street parking is available for multiple vehicles, along with ample free street parking in the neighborhood. An in-unit washer and dryer are provided for your convenience. It's just a short walk or bike ride to Ocean City's beautiful lifeguard-protected beaches and famous boardwalk, packed with shops, restaurants, and family attractions. The neighborhood is also close to Corson's Inlet State Park, Haven Avenue Bike Path, and playground areas. Enjoy local dining and shopping at places like Boyar's Market, Randazzo's Pizzeria, and A La Mode Ice Cream, with grocery stores, boutiques, and surf shops within easy reach. The downtown shopping district, mini-golf, and water parks are a short drive or bike ride away, with Atlantic City and Cape May also accessible.
Quiet hours are observed between 10 pm and 8 am. Any disturbance incident that results in police involvement may result in the immediate termination of a reservation. There is a zero tolerance policy for disturbances. All properties are absolutely no smoking of any kind, including cigarettes, cannabis, vapes/e-cigs. You may smoke outside and well away from any doors or windows, and must clean up any debris. Any evidence of smoking will be automatically billed an additional cleaning fee. Guests will be required to upload a valid Photo ID and verify with a "selfie" to the management company's secure portal before being allowed to check in. Reservations booked through certain platforms where credit card payments are processed by the host/property management company will be subject to a separate 3.5% processing fee. Security cameras are present on the exterior front entryway/doorbell camera, exterior rear entrance, and deck/patio/driveway area, and may record audio & video footage 24/7. There are no recording devices inside the home or apartment or any other private area.
