Balboa Park, municipal golf course, SD Zoo and Coronado Beach are close by. We love this area and home and would like to share with one or two renters. Owner will be leaving some items in home that will be designated not for use by renter and a car will be left in an area not used by renters...it does not interfere with use of driveway with newly installed sliding gate.
