About the Space: - A 5-minute walk from trains (Belmont Red/Brown/Purple) and buses which will get you downtown in under 30 minutes. - A safe 15-minute walk to Wrigley, close enough to take in a game and the nightlife there, but far enough that it won't bother you on the days you opt out of it. - For those in the medical world, a 10-minute walk to Advocate hospital. - Mere blocks from coffee shops (go check out Osmium!), grocery markets, and other walkable-city conveniences. - Private deck, shared front porch, and closed courtyard with a shared fire pit and room for dogs to run around. - Back deck is large enough for a grill for the summertime months. - Covered bike storage on the ground level. - Smart lock on the back deck doorway. - Comfortable sectional, full bookshelf, record player, and soaking tub. - "Just bring a suitcase" degree of furnished; just reach out if you feel anything is missing. - Full back office with a monitor and included wifi.
