Our fully furnished mountain home in Tabernash is available for a short-term rental, ideal for a summer escape or extended remote-work retreat. We're seeking a month-to-month renter, with a preferred lease of up to six months and the option to extend if it's a good fit for both parties. The home is fully stocked with all furnishings, kitchenware and everyday essentials including new, large load washer/dryer, and for stays longer than two months, a monthly cleaning service is included. With strong Wi-Fi and multiple comfortable spaces, it's well suited for working remotely, while a large basement offers a great play area for kids, making it an easy fit for a small family. Located just a short drive from Rocky Mountain National Park and near the lakes and outdoor recreation of Grand Lake, the home offers easy access to hiking, boating and quiet mountain living. No smoking of any kind is permitted. One dog may be considered with prior approval. No cats or other animals.
