The property has a country feel but is a close drive to the 76 highway. It is 20 acres with avocado trees as you enter and vegetation. There is an entrance gate and a few neighbors on the property. Bonsall school district AC/Heat (Mini-split unit) Month to month lease Washer/dryer in the closet of the bedroom. No shared walls with main house but only separated by a breezeway/ same roofline as main house. Unfurnished. $2,195 utilities included: trash and sewer. Tenant responsible for power and water. Deposit $2,195. Application online and includes credit check and background check ($35). Income source will be verified. Income needs to be at least 2.5x the rent. Minimum of 650 credit score. We will consider a dog if it is very safe and friendly to children and other dogs. And indoor cats are ok. There are a lot of coyotes in this area so that is a safety consideration for your pets.
