Credit and Income Requirements A credit score of 675 or higher is preferred, but individual circumstances will be considered. Negative credit factors, such as bankruptcies or collections, may affect eligibility. Gross monthly income must be at least three times the monthly rent. Acceptable income verification includes recent pay stubs, tax returns, bank statements, benefit letters, or other verifiable proof of income. Applicants with a Section 8 voucher, as well as applicants new to the country, may provide alternative verifiable evidence of their ability to pay rent. Application Accuracy Timely completion of the rental application and submission of accurate, verifiable information are important parts of the review process.
