Please review the pre-qualifying criteria before applying: Two years of excellent rental or mortgage payment history; no felony or misdemeanor convictions; no previous evictions; combined household monthly income should be at least three times (3x) the monthly rent (most recent 2 months paystubs and bank statements along with most recent W2 may be requested for proof of income). Applicants that do not meet all of the above criteria will be considered on a case-by-case basis. This home will not be available for viewing until June 20th.
