Screening Applicants may be subject to identity, credit, income, employment, rental-history, eviction-record and legally permitted background screening. Submitting an application does not reserve the property or guarantee approval. Approval is complete only after screening, document verification, written acceptance, lease execution and payment of required move-in funds. Qualification criteria are applied consistently in compliance with applicable fair-housing laws. Reasonable-accommodation requests will be considered as required by law.
