The home is 100+ years old and filled with color and character. Hardwood floors throughout the house and just iconic South MPLS vibes.… Iconic woodwork and built-ins BUT all brand new appliances in the last five years! Located just a few blocks from the light rail, Lake Street and Cedar/Bloomington buses, it is a very transit/non-car owner friendly location! Tons of amazing food/drink/sights/experiences all nearby. I own a turntable and a burgeoning vinyl collection as well as an extensive library. The house has a ton of space for your furniture and belongings. Your bedroom is the main! It is on the second floor and has a ton of natural, west-facing light and a gorgeous window box. Bright and cheerful and with TWO walk-in closets! No window treatments at present, but happy to install ahead of move in. The house has central air so fully heated and cooled all year round with no radiators! Shared bathroom, but I am very clean and have a tankless water heater for UNLIMITED HOT WATER! Big kitchen with dishwasher and brand new induction stove. Tons of appliances and room for more kitchen gadgets or other kitchen things you would want to bring. Chest freezer in the basement plus a large fridge. Tons of storage space and happy to reorg to make things fit! Great outdoor spaces in both the back and front with a two-story deck and a front porch plus fenced in yard space. Lots of greenery and gardening already and options for more if you are so inclined!

Housemate details

Looking for someone who is responsible and will clean up after themselves. Mature and not looking for a party house. Loves the outdoors and media in all forms! Pet friendly as well as 420/tobacco friendly (but ask that you smoke outside the home).
