Quiet hours are enforced from 9 PM to 7 AM daily. There are four studio units on the property occupied by long-term tenants. We ask that you respect our neighbors by keeping noise levels down, especially between 9 PM and 6 AM. To maintain a comfortable environment, noise decibel monitors are used within our listing. This is a strictly non-smoking property, including all indoor areas and the hot tub vicinity. Any unauthorized overstay will be subject to policy, including a penalty of up to 200% of the nightly rate for the affected nights. If an overstay results in the cancellation of a subsequent booking, we will seek full compensation for lost revenue. In cases where plumbing issues are found to be a result of negligence, such as the flushing of prohibited items or excessive toilet paper leading to clogs, a plumbing service fee of $350 will be applied. Long-term stays exceeding 28 Days require a mid-stay cleaning service for an additional fee of $250. To ensure a pleasant stay for all our guests and to maintain good relations with our neighbors, our property is equipped with NoiseAware, a noise monitoring system. Please note that NoiseAware is strictly a decibel meter; it does not record conversations or invade privacy but helps us enforce quiet hours by monitoring noise levels.
