One small-medium mature, well-behaved dog considered with $300 pet deposit. No puppies. Shared fenced-in courtyard, so you must clean up after dog, and there are other dogs there, so your dog must get along with other dogs. NO CATS. NO Exceptions Tenant pays all utilities. Some off street parking available on a first come basis, otherwise street parking with free permit. First month's rent ($1,150 and 1 month's security deposit (total $2,300) required upon lease signing. One year-lease. MUST HAVE solid rental history with landlord that is not related.
