Hello! I'm looking for a kind and respectful housemate to join me in my newly purchased 3bd/2bth lakeside home. About the Space: Private room on the main level (9'x11') with a large closet. This room stays the warmest in winter! Room is unfurnished. Shared living room and spacious kitchen with great natural light and plenty of storage. Appliances include refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, microwave, toaster oven, and coffee maker. Kitchen is stocked with basic cookware, dishes, and handmade mugs feel free to bring your own items. Two shared bathrooms: one newly renovated downstairs near your room with a bathtub, and one upstairs with a shower. Unfinished basement with lots of storage, newer washer/dryer, and my pottery studio.
