About 312 Millers Ct NE

FULLY FURNISHED CAN BE SHORT TERM ALL UTILITIES INCLUDED. 31 day minimum. Capitol Hill Stay is a veteran owned small business providing monthly and fully furnished short term lodging on Capitol Hill since 1997. We have two dozen places. Please contact us for more info. This is a two story carriage house, not an apartment. It makes for a very private furnished housing experience, whether short-term or extended stay. The layout is open and flexible. The private backyard patio is great for well-behaved pets. Built around 1860 and tons of historic character. Millers Court carriage house row is directly off of the 300 block of East Capitol Street, three blocks to the Capitol. Fantastic location. First floor is open kitchen, dining, and living room. Queen sleeper sofa in living room. Private backyard patio (completely fenced, so perfect for a dog). Upstairs is an open bedroom with queen bed, great workspace area with desk, and large closet. Nicely tiled bath with tub/shower. Parking MAY be available directly in front (inquire about availability). Very few of these remain in DC due to many being torn down decades ago. Walk to groceries, Whole Foods, two metro stations, the U.S. Capitol, National Mall, and countless world class and neighborhood restaurants.
