Located just steps from Beach Access #1 boardwalk, this condo offers soft white sand and stunning sunsets. It's situated between the Santa Rosa Sound and the Gulf of Mexico, with the beach a 2-minute walk away. Okaloosa Island is known for its less crowded beaches and is a 10-15 minute drive to Destin, with restaurants and bars nearby. Smoking is not allowed in or near the condo, including the walkway. Pets are not allowed. Check-out time is 11 am, with a $50 fine for late check-out and a $25 fee for each extended hour if approved. Guests must report any cleaning or maintenance concerns within 2 hours of check-in. A $500 smoke damage cleaning fee will be charged if any sign or smell of smoke is encountered. Guests who bring pets without approval will be charged a $300 pet fee and evicted. No events or vendors are permitted. Guests agree to pay for any damage to the property. Host or agent may enter the property at any time in case of emergency, or with 24 hours' notice for normal maintenance. Host is not liable for personal items left behind. Illegal substances are strictly prohibited and grounds for immediate eviction. Host is not liable for injury or damage to persons or property. Guests agree to pay any documented loss of host income due to rule violations. Lost or damaged keys will incur a $25 replacement fee. Guests are asked to dispose of food in the trash and use the garbage disposal only for small food remnants. Eating food in bedrooms is prohibited to prevent pests and linen damage. Guests shall not re-key or change door locks. Noise is to be kept to a minimum, with quiet hours from 10 pm to 8 am. Any disturbance triggering a police visit will result in immediate eviction. All kitchen items have been counted, and any item removed from the premises will be charged to the guest. Guests are asked to be respectful of bed sheets and towels; makeup, hair dye, tanning products, or coloring sticks can stain or bleach linens/towels, and un-salvageable linens/bath towels will be charged to the guest. Indoor and outdoor furniture is not to be re-arranged. An additional cleaning fee of double the cleaning cost may be charged if additional cleanup is required beyond standard cleaning. Guests must be 18 years of age or older at the time of booking. Guests shall remove shoes when inside the home. Be mindful of tropical bugs and critters. The property is equipped with a Minut Smart Home Sensor that monitors noise levels, temperature, humidity, and motion near the entry. Guests are responsible for keeping the condo clean and tidy during their stay, but there is no daily maid service. Basic amenities such as towels, linens, and toiletries are provided.
