Feel at home in this newly renovated, cozy 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom condo on the top floor of Sandy Pointe, just a short walk from the beautiful beaches of Okaloosa Island. This condo features a comfortable living area with a large smart TV and a plush sectional sofa. The kitchen is fully equipped with cookware, dishware, silverware, and a Keurig coffee maker with extra pods. Enjoy the convenience of an in-unit washer/dryer, great closet organization, hangers, and an extra single bed. The bathroom includes a tub/shower and comes stocked with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Beach chairs are provided for your use. Assigned covered parking is available for one vehicle in the carport under the building, and additional unassigned spots are available. A shared outdoor grill area is available for guests. Located on Okaloosa Island, this condo is a stone's throw from the pristine white sands and crystal-clear waters of the Gulf of Mexico, with beach access #1 just a short walk away via the boardwalk. It's conveniently close to local attractions including the pier, conference center, restaurants, and putt-putt golf. The neighborhood is peaceful, family-friendly, quiet, and laid-back, with local restaurants, cafes, and shops within walking distance. Destin is also easily accessible. There is no pool on the property. Early check-in or late checkout requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance and are subject to availability. There is no smoking allowed in the unit or on the balcony; please smoke outside and dispose of cigarette butts properly. A starter supply of paper towels, toilet paper, and trash bags is provided. A shared laundry facility is available on the ground floor. No pets are allowed. Guests must be 18 years of age or older to book. Check-out time is 10 am; a $50 fine will be charged for late check-out. Guests must report any cleaning or maintenance concerns within 2 hours of check-in. Guests must use rails when using stairs and children will need to be accompanied. Guests must wear shoes and watch where they step in yards. Only the number of guests noted in the booking are allowed on premises unless approved in writing by the host/manager; exceeding occupancy will result in eviction and a charge of $20 per person per day for unlisted visitors. Guests shall remove shoes when inside the home. Be mindful of tropical bugs. Guests agree to pay a $500 smoke damage cleaning fee if any sign or smell of smoke is encountered after check-out. No events or vendors are allowed. Guests must report any damage to furnishings, fixtures, or furniture within one hour of occupancy. Hanging beach towels, swimsuits, or clothing over balcony, deck, or patio railings is strictly prohibited. The property is not child-proofed. Guests agree to pay for any damage made by guests or their visitors. Host, or Host's Agent may enter the Property at any time, with no prior notice, in the event of an emergency, to perform necessary repairs and/or maintenance, and with 24 hours' notice for normal maintenance. Host shall not be liable or responsible for personal items left behind, lost or stolen. Illegal substances are strictly prohibited and grounds for immediate eviction. Host shall not be liable to Guest, its guests or invitees or any other person for any injury, loss or damage to any person or property on or about the Property. Guests agree to pay any documented loss of host income created by Guest violating house rules. Costs to replace any lost or damaged keys is $25 per key. Guests are asked to kindly dispose of food in the available trash can. Garbage disposal is for small food remnants only. No eating of food in any bedroom to prevent pests and linen damage. Guests shall not re-key or change out door locks/ door hardware. Quiet time is 10 pm to 8 am. Any disturbance triggering a visit by police will require immediate eviction. All items in kitchen including silverware, pots/pans, spices, flatware, etc. have been counted, and any item removed from premises will be charged to the guest. Please be respectful of bed sheets and towels. Makeup/foundation, face medications/creams, and tanning products will stain and/or bleach linens/towels. Guests are not to wash laundry belonging to the home in order to hide stains. Un-salvageable linens/bath towels will be charged to the guest. Indoor and outdoor furniture is not to be re-arranged. Dragging chairs/tables on hardwood floors will leave scratches on hardwood. An additional cleaning fee of double the cleaning cost, can be charged if additional cleanup is required that goes above the standard cleaning. This property is professionally managed. By booking this unit you give permission to use a third-party to verify your identity and check criminal databases to confirm your reservation. The property is equipped with a Minut Smart Home Sensor that monitors noise levels, temperature, humidity, and motion near the entry. This property is equipped with a state-of-the-art contactless entry system, providing a seamless check-in experience. No linens are provided for the single cot. Please bring your own linens.
