Located on the second floor, this fully furnished unit provides a comfortable and enjoyable stay. This beautifully furnished condo features a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, a stylish two-seater island, and a modern Keurig coffee maker. The open living area boasts beautiful tile floors, a roomy sectional, and a large smart Roku television. The modern bathroom includes a shower and bathtub, and the cozy bedroom offers a queen-size bed, a sizable closet with hangers, and a spacious dresser. A designated parking space is available directly under the condo. Guests have access to a shared laundry room with coin-operated machines and a folding table, and a shared BBQ area for outdoor cooking. Just a short walk from the beach access boardwalk, this condo is ideally situated for a perfect beach getaway. It's within walking distance to restaurants, the Fort Walton Beach convention center, and the Okaloosa Island pier. The neighborhood is quiet and local, nestled between the Santa Rosa Sound and the Gulf of Mexico, offering less crowded beaches and a convenient location about 10-15 minutes from Destin. Quiet hours are observed from 11:00 PM to 8:00 AM, with citations and fines for noncompliance. Recreational facilities and the laundry room may not be used during quiet hours. Smoking is not allowed near the building, and grilling is only permitted in designated areas behind the building. Guests must check out by 10:00 AM, and a $50 fine will be applied for late check-out. A $25 late check-out fee per extended hour will be charged if approved by the host. Guests must notify the host of their expected arrival time at least 6 hours in advance. A $500 smoke damage cleaning fee will be charged if any sign or smell of smoke is encountered. Pets are not allowed without prior written authorization, and a $100 pet fee will be applied if approved. Guests bringing pets without approval will be charged a $300 pet fee and immediately evicted. No events or vendors are permitted on the property. Guests must report any damage or hazards within one hour of occupancy. Hanging beach towels, swimsuits, or clothing over balcony, deck, or patio railings is strictly prohibited. Guests must be 18 years of age or older to book. Shoes must be removed inside the home. Guests agree to pay for any damage made to the property. Host or Host's Agent may enter the Property at any time in the event of an emergency, to perform necessary repairs and/or maintenance, and with 24 hours' notice for normal maintenance. Host shall not be liable or responsible for personal items left behind, lost or stolen. Illegal substances are strictly prohibited and grounds for immediate eviction. Host shall not be liable to Guest for any injury, loss or damage to any person or property on or about the Property. Guests agree to pay any documented loss of host income created by Guest violating house rules. Costs to replace any lost or damaged keys is $25 per key. Guests are asked to kindly dispose of food in the available trash can. Garbage disposal is for small food remnants only. No eating of food in any bedroom to prevent pests and linen damage. Guests shall not re-key or change out door locks/ door hardware. Guests are to be respectful of neighbors and keep noise to a minimum. Any disturbance triggering a visit by police will require immediate eviction. All items in the kitchen have been counted, and any item removed from premises will be charged to the guest. Guests are not to wash laundry belonging to the home in order to hide stains. Un-salvageable linens/bath towels will be charged to the guest. Indoor and outdoor furniture is not to be re-arranged. At the sole discretion of the host, an additional cleaning fee of double the cleaning cost can be charged if additional cleanup is required. By booking this unit, you give permission to the host to use a third-party to verify your identity and check criminal databases to confirm your reservation. The property is equipped with a state-of-the-art contactless entry system. Guests will receive detailed check-in instructions along with a 4-digit access code. A Minut Smart Home Sensor monitors noise levels, temperature, humidity, and motion near the entry to help ensure a safe, comfortable stay.
