The condo features lively and beachy decor throughout. The living area offers comfortable seating and a large flat-screen TV with Netflix and Pluto TV. The well-equipped kitchen includes a 2-burner induction cooktop, induction pans, an air fryer/convection oven, and a microwave, perfect for preparing meals to enjoy at the dining table or on the balcony. The cozy bedroom boasts a comfortable king-sized memory foam bed, and a sleeper sofa and floor mattress are available for additional guests.
One designated parking space is provided. Pets are welcome with a $100 pet fee per approved pet, and guests who bring pets without prior approval will be charged a $300 pet fee and evicted. A shared washer and dryer are available for laundry needs.
Located just steps from the pristine white sands of the beach, the condo offers direct beach access via a 3-minute stroll across the street and over the beach access boardwalk. The surrounding neighborhood provides a serene and laid-back atmosphere, ideal for unwinding. You'll find a variety of dining, shopping, and entertainment options nearby, including restaurants, putt-putt golf courses, bars, and ice cream shops. The vibrant city of Destin is a short 10-15 minute drive away, offering additional attractions and entertainment.
Check-in time is 4pm and check-out is 11am. The property is equipped with a Minut Smart Home Sensor that monitors noise levels, temperature, humidity, and motion near the entry. Guests are asked to remove shoes inside the home. Hanging beach towels, swimsuits, or clothing over balcony railings is strictly prohibited. There are no pets allowed except with prior written authorization. Guests who bring a pet or pets without approval will be charged a $300 pet fee and immediately evicted. No events or vendors are permitted on the property. Guests must report any cleaning or maintenance concerns within 2 hours of check-in. Guests are responsible for child-proofing the unit. Guests agree to pay any damage made to the property. Host or Host's Agent may enter the Property at any time in the event of an emergency, to perform necessary repairs and/or maintenance, and with 24 hours' notice for normal maintenance. Host shall not be liable or responsible for personal items left behind, lost or stolen. Illegal substances are strictly prohibited and grounds for immediate eviction. Host shall not be liable to Guest for any injury, loss or damage to any person or property. Guests agree to pay any documented loss of host income created by Guest violating house rules. Costs to replace any lost or damaged keys is $25 per key. Guests are asked to dispose of food in the available trash can. Garbage disposal is for small food remnants only. No eating of food in any bedroom is allowed. Guests shall not re-key or change out door locks. Quiet time is 10pm to 8am. Any disturbance triggering a visit by police will require immediate eviction. All items in the kitchen have been counted, and any item removed from premises will be charged to the guest. Guests are asked to be respectful of bed sheets and towels, and to avoid using them with makeup, hair dye, tanning products, or coloring sticks. Un-salvageable linens/bath towels will be charged to the guest. Indoor and outdoor furniture is not to be re-arranged. An additional cleaning fee of double the cleaning cost can be charged if additional cleanup is required that goes above the standard cleaning. A $50 fine will be charged if guests are not checked out by the specified check-out time. A $25 late check-out fee will be charged for each extended hour of stay if approved by the host. A $500 smoke damage cleaning fee will be charged if any sign or smell of smoke is encountered. A $20 per person/per day charge will be applied for every visitor not identified in the reservation.
