Enjoy your creations at the dining table or on the balcony. The cozy bedroom boasts a comfortable king-sized bed, and a sleeper sofa in the living area provides additional sleeping arrangements. One designated parking space is provided. A washer and dryer are available for your laundry needs. Located just steps from the pristine white sands of the beach, this condo is a short 3-minute stroll across the street and over the beach access boardwalk. The neighborhood offers a variety of dining, shopping, and entertainment options nearby, including restaurants, putt-putt golf courses, bars, and ice cream shops. The popular destination of Destin is a 10-15 minute drive away. Check-in time is 4pm and check-out is 11am. Guests must remove shoes inside the home. Hanging beach towels, swimsuits, or clothing over balcony railings is strictly prohibited. Guests are responsible for child-proofing the unit. Guests agree to pay for any damage made to the property. Illegal substances are strictly prohibited and grounds for immediate eviction. Guests agree to pay any documented loss of host income created by Guest violating house rules. Costs to replace any lost or damaged keys is $25 per key. Guests are asked to kindly dispose of food in the available trash can. Garbage disposal is for small food remnants only. No eating of food in any bedroom to prevent pests and linen damage. Indoor and outdoor furniture is not to be re-arranged. Guests must be 18 years of age or older at the time of booking. Guests agree to pay a $500 smoke damage cleaning fee if any sign or smell of smoke is encountered. No pets are allowed unless prior written authorization is obtained from the host, with a $100 pet fee. Guests who bring a pet without approval will be charged a $300 pet fee and immediately evicted. No events or vendors are allowed on the property. Guests must report any damage or cleaning concerns within one hour of occupancy. Guests must report hazardous items to avoid an accident. Quiet time is 10pm to 8am. Any disturbance triggering a visit by police will require immediate eviction. Guests are to be respectful of neighbors. All items in the kitchen have been counted, and any item removed from premises will be charged to the guest. Guests are not to wash laundry belonging to the home in order to hide stains. Un-salvageable linens/bath towels will be charged to the guest. Guests agree to pay a $50 fine if not checked out by the specified check-out time. Guests agree to pay a $25 late check-out fee for each extended hour of stay if approved by the host. Complimentary Wi-Fi is provided.
