Nestled on Okaloosa Island, Sandy Pointe offers a serene coastal escape, just a short distance from Fort Walton Beach. Enjoy direct access to the pristine white sands of the Emerald Coast via a 3-minute stroll across the street. The neighborhood is conveniently located near various dining options, putt-putt golf courses, bars, and ice cream shops. The popular destination of Destin is a 10-15 minute drive away. Check-in time is 4pm and check-out is 10am. Guests are responsible for reporting any cleaning or maintenance concerns within 2 hours of check-in. Hanging beach towels, swimsuits, or clothing over balcony, deck, or patio railings is strictly prohibited. Guests must remove shoes when inside the home. There are no pets allowed unless authorized in writing by the host, with a $100 pet fee. Unauthorized pets will incur a $300 fee and eviction. Smoking is prohibited, and any sign or smell of smoke will result in a $500 smoke damage cleaning fee. Events and vendors are prohibited. Guests agree to pay for any damage to the property. Quiet time is from 10pm to 8am; disturbances may lead to eviction. Guests are responsible for reporting hazardous items. Guests must be 18 years of age or older at the time of booking. Illegal substances are strictly prohibited and grounds for immediate eviction. Host shall not be liable for personal items left behind. Lost or damaged keys will incur a $25 replacement fee. Guests are asked to dispose of food in the trash can and use the garbage disposal for small food remnants only. No eating food in bedrooms is allowed. Guests shall not re-key or change door locks. Indoor and outdoor furniture is not to be re-arranged. An additional cleaning fee may be charged if extra cleanup is required.
