The bathroom is equipped with a body mirror and a large vanity mirror. Rest peacefully on the comfortable king-size bed with a plush mattress.
Shared access to the complex's outdoor grill area is available, and free on-site covered parking for one vehicle is provided. Pets are allowed with prior approval and a pet fee.
Nestled in a quiet, 'locals only' neighborhood, this condo offers the true essence of beach life. The beautiful white sands of the Gulf of Mexico are less than a 5-minute walk across the street, with easy beach access just steps away. Enjoy dining out, playing mini-golf, or visiting the Okaloosa Island Pier, all within walking distance. The property is tucked between the intercostal Santa Rosa Sound and the Gulf of Mexico, offering the best of both worlds. Okaloosa Island is known for its less crowded beaches and is a 10-15 minute drive from Destin.
Smoking is NOT allowed in or near the condo, including on the walkway. There is a $500 smoke damage cleaning fee if any sign or smell of smoke is encountered. Quiet hours are in effect from 10 pm to 7 am, and guests should be mindful of noise levels. Check-out time is 10 am, and a $50 fine will be charged for late check-out. A $50 late check-out fee will be charged for each extended hour if approved. Guests are responsible for keeping the condo clean and tidy, but there is no daily maid service. Guests must remove shoes when inside the home. Illegal substances are strictly prohibited and grounds for immediate eviction. Guests agree to pay any damage made to the property. Hanging beach towels, swimsuits, or clothing over balcony, deck, or patio railings is strictly prohibited. The property is equipped with a Minut Smart Home Sensor that monitors noise levels, temperature, humidity, and motion near the entry. A $100 pet fee will be applied once pets are approved. Guests who bring a pet without approval will be charged a $300 pet fee and immediately evicted. Guests must be 18 years of age or older at the time of booking. A $25 fee will be charged for lost or damaged keys. Guests agree to pay a charge of $20 per person per day for every visitor not identified in the reservation. Guests agree to pay any documented loss of host income created by Guest violating house rules. Guests are not to wash laundry belonging to the home in order to hide stains. Un-salvageable linens/bath towels will be charged to the guest. Indoor and outdoor furniture is not to be re-arranged. An additional cleaning fee of double the cleaning cost can be charged if additional cleanup is required that goes above the standard cleaning. Guests must report any cleaning or maintenance concerns within 2 hours of check-in. Guests must report hazardous items to avoid an accident.

The condo is equipped with basic amenities such as towels, linens, and toiletries. Consumables have already been provided for the duration of your stay. Guests are asked to avoid using linens for items that may cause stains or discoloration, such as makeup, hair dye, tanning products, or coloring sticks. If linens are stained or damaged beyond normal use, a replacement or cleaning fee will be charged.
