Located on the 3rd floor, this condo is accessible via stairs as the building does not have an elevator. This stylish condo features a comfortable queen-sized memory foam bed in the bedroom and a full-sized fold-out bed in the couch, along with a floor mattress for extra guests. Two large smart televisions provide entertainment options, including Netflix and Pluto TV. The thoughtfully equipped kitchenette includes a 2-burner induction cooktop, induction pans, an air fryer/convection oven, and a microwave. Essentials such as coffee, creamer, sugar, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, body lotion, and sunscreen are provided. One designated parking space is provided for guests. Pets are welcome with a $100 pet fee per approved pet, and guests must pick up all waste and discard it in outside trash bins. Pets are not allowed on furniture. Guests bringing pets without prior approval will be charged a $300 pet fee and evicted. The vibrant local scene, filled with restaurants, bars, putt-putt golf, and ice cream shops, is also within easy reach. The popular destination of Destin is a 10-15 minute drive away. Check-in time is 4pm and check-out is 11am. Guests are to remove all personal property and keys by the specified check-out time. A $50 fine will be charged for late check-out. Late check-out may be available for a $25 fee per extended hour, with prior host approval. Guests must report any cleaning or maintenance concerns within 2 hours of check-in. Guests must use rails when using stairs and children need to be accompanied. Guests must wear shoes and watch where they step in yards, and check for pets. Only the number of guests noted in the booking are allowed on premises unless approved in writing by the host/manager. Exceeding occupancy will result in eviction without refund and a charge of $20 per person per day for each visitor not identified in the reservation. Guests are to be respectful of bed sheets and towels. Makeup/foundation, face medications/creams, and tanning products will stain and/or bleach linens/towels. Guests are not to wash laundry belonging to the home in order to hide stains. Un-salvageable linens/bath towels will be charged to the guest. Indoor and outdoor furniture is not to be re-arranged. Dragging chairs/tables on hardwood floors will leave scratches on hardwood. An additional cleaning fee of double the cleaning cost, can be charged if additional cleanup is required that goes above the standard cleaning. If cleaning up after a party or damaged areas, actual damage and cleaning hours will be assessed.
