This property is available for a 12-to-24-month lease with a security deposit of $2,000 and a $50 application fee per adult applicant. Tenants are responsible for all utilities, trash collection, and lawn maintenance, and there are no HOA fees or regulations to navigate. The property enforces a strict no-smoking policy of any kind on the premises, and subletting or short-term rental hosting, such as Airbnb, is completely prohibited.
