Renter is responsible for all utilities. Pet deposit is $200 and monthly pet rent of $10 per pet. No smoking in the home and must have renters insurance. Current tenant is moving out at the end of August, so we anticipate it being available September 1. Ideal lease length would be through May-July of 2028, minimal lease length of 1 year. Zillow application and tour are the first steps for applying.
