About the building

This is a furnished home in the Midtown area of Tampa.… I have a room for rent and I am the only other person in the house and I am often away at my Tennessee home where my wife prefers to live. This rental is for a male only, per my wife's request. I don't care what race, age, or religion you are. I do care that you are respectful, considerate, reasonably neat, and take care of the house like it's yours and you want it in nice shape. If you have an Airbnb account you can take a test drive to be sure this works for you before signing a lease. I will rent the room/house with a 6 month lease and possibly renew when the time comes. Please do not come onto the property or pull into the driveway without an appointment. Email me with your contact info and I will reply, it may take me a day or two as I travel a lot. As a side note this is a retro original house, everything works and there is High-Speed Fiber Optic internet included along with Amazon Prime TV. There is a AirBnB on the property and it is separate with no shared space. Only one person is allowed in the Airbnb unit as well to insure a good environment and parking. The airbnb usually has a guest that is in Tampa for work or to look for a new home. I have been doing this for a long time and it's a good situation for the person staying here and good for me too as I don't like the house to sit empty. Cheers, Mike
