Looking for a 12 month lease, no smoking, no heavy drinkers or any drugs. Dogs welcome if under 50 pounds with extra deposit and would prefer a non-shedding breed. No cats, I'm allergic. Visitors can park in open spaces if overnight they must be registered in the app for the community of Agave at the Reserve. The townhome has a wraparound from yard which is fenced and all essentials needed for a small gathering of Bbq. Both tenants are responsible to keep yard maintained (water/weed), refrigerator and the garage in good condition. Currently, I do have a house keeper who comes once a month and it ranges about $80 each, but that can be discussed. Rent has been decreased to $1700/mo + $1700 deposit and 1/2 of all utilities ($100/mo) I have no pets.

The room can be partly furnished or unfurnished. -Full size laundry room upstairs w/ utility sink, two car attached garage to be shared and has EV hook up. Also, a tankless water heater. -Downstairs is an open concept family room, kitchen and eating area, and a half bath. The front of the townhome has a wrap-around fenced yard with amenities needed for small gatherings just to entertain or have a full on bbq. All general areas are all to be shared and enjoyed. -The Agave at the Reserve Community has a beautiful large heated pool, Jacuzzi, a large gym, well manicured lush grass, plants and shade trees and many walking trails around the entire Reserve area. Close to Calavera Lake, shopping and restaurants. -I am looking for a female or male, preferably a professional who is respectful, trustworthy, communicative, clean, tidy, and considerate a person who will appreciate a peaceful and serene atmosphere in a home, so relaxing after a long day will make it easy to recharge. No smoking, drugs or heavy drinkers. Dogs under 50lbs, will be considered. Preferably hypoallergenic and non-shedding. Must pass credit and background check. I'm in my 50's, work FT outside the home and I have no pets. I enjoy hiking, the ocean air, my beach cruiser, kayaking, gardening, Pilates and spending time people I love. I go to an occasional happy hour and also just chilling at home
