As a guideline, gross household income of approximately three times the monthly rent is preferred. * Credit, background, rental, and income history will be reviewed as part of the application process. Qualified applicants should generally have a credit score of 670 or higher or otherwise demonstrate financial responsibility. * Renters insurance required throughout the lease term (minimum $100,000 liability coverage) * All occupants age 18 and older must complete an application and be listed on the lease * Smoking, vaping, and cannabis use are prohibited inside the dwelling. * No pets. * No subleasing or short-term rentals without prior written approval Move-in costs: First month's rent and security deposit due at lease signing.
