This well-maintained 1,300 sf home sits in the middle of a quiet block. Front windows look out on the Mt. Soledad Cross.… Walk one block to the well-rated Alcott Elementary School and city park. Drive one mile to Costco/Morena or Clairemont Square Shopping Center. Clean three bedrooms, kitchen, and bathroom, plus living room, 240 sf family room with garden view, and separate laundry room including washer and dryer. The large covered patio off the rear bedroom leads to a huge backyard. Attached single-car garage with additional off-street parking. Weekly yard maintenance included. The shortcoming of this house is that it has only one bathroom. Consequently, it is best suited to a couple with possibly 1 or 2 small children. We will not rent to 3 adults or college students. So please don't apply if that's what you need. No dogs or cats; fish and birds okay.
