Apartment is quiet, and conveniently close to I 95, restaurants, Beaches, and shopping. Clubhouse is small, but has a nice pool, and facilities for barbecue and parties. I put in a washing machine in the linen closet, and there is a dryer in the storage closet. The air conditioner-heater is newer.
The apartment is spacious at 1100 sq feet, with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. It's a corner unit. It's never been rented before. I lived there for 10 years and recently bought a house. I'm looking for a long -term, hands on tenant and won't raise the rent unless the HOA fee is raised. There are many snowbirds who live there so it is very quiet during the summers. Water is paid by owner, tenant pays the electricity and internet/cable.
