If accepted, we reserve the right to conduct a thorough Federal and PA State Police criminal background check at our cost. We also require formal recommendations from previous landlords.
- NO SMOKING & NO VAPING: Enforced inside the unit, building, and anywhere on the premises (inside or outside).
- NO PETS: Absolutely no pets of any kind (no visiting pets, pet-sitting, or exceptions).
- LEASE TERMS: 1-year minimum lease required (transitions to month-to-month afterward). No subletting, unauthorized roommates, permanent guests, or corporate rentals. Zoned for residential use only (no commercial use, manufacturing, or food production).
