Two bedroom overlooking beautiful block with brick sidewalks, well-kept townhomes. Entire top two floors of towering semi-detached 1860s townhouse.
Windows on three sides, tons of natural light, commanding view of A Street, and beautifully landscaped gardens/courtyards. Has its own separate entrance at ground level.
Walk up one flight to light-filled living room, kitchen and dining area, renovated kitchen with high end appliances. HUGE roof-deck directly off kitchen and dining area. Two bedrooms plus bath on the top level. One is a very large bedroom with queen bed and the second bedroom is smaller with a high quality full size futon. Bath has beautifully tiled shower/tub combo. Queen sleeper sofa in large living room.
The townhome is fully furnished and includes all utilities. It is also available as a short-term lease.
Terrific location. Two blocks or so to US Capitol. Five minute walk to Union Station metro. Easy walk to Whole Foods, countless world class and neighborhood restaurants, etc.
