      Renters are responsible for all utilities, including trash, water, electricity, gas and internet. Yard maintenance is tenants responsibility - lawn equipment is not provided. This includes cleaning up after pets. General maintenance, such as clogged toilets and drains are the responsibility of the tenant to repair. Tenant is expected to keep the property clean and tidy and will be required to do a thorough cleaning upon move out. If carpets are stained, professional carpet cleaning will be required upon move out with receipt from the service utilized. No smoking allowed anywhere on property. Plenty of parking space including in the garage to keep vehicles safe from unpredictable Texas weather. Street parking is allowed in front of the property. NO parking on grass or in yard areas.
