Pet Policy Pets are not permitted in the residence without prior written approval from all roommates and, if applicable, the landlord/property manager. Any approved pet owner is solely responsible for all pet-related expenses, damages, cleaning, noise issues, and compliance with local laws and lease requirements. Pets must not create disturbances or interfere with the comfort and safety of other occupants. Smoking Policy Smoking, vaping, or the use of any tobacco, cannabis, or similar products is prohibited inside the residence, including all bedrooms, common areas, hallways, and shared spaces. Smoking is only permitted in designated outdoor areas, if allowed by the property rules. Residents are responsible for properly disposing of all smoking materials and ensuring that smoke does not enter the residence. Parking Policy Parking spaces, if available, must be used only in designated areas and in accordance with property rules and local regulations. Residents and their guests are responsible for ensuring their vehicles are properly registered, insured, and legally parked. Unauthorized, abandoned, or improperly parked vehicles may be subject to towing at the vehicle owner's expense. Guests should park only in approved visitor parking areas or other authorized locations.
