Two-point five time the amount of the rent when rent amount is at or above the Fair Market Rents as published annually by HUD. CREDIT REQUIREMENTS We require a positive credit history with: No non-discharged bankruptcies. No money owning to a previous landlord. A minimum credit score of 700. LANDLORD REFERENCES Each rental applicant must be able to demonstrate a pattern of meeting their rental properties in good condition and not having a pattern of complaints from neighbors. Applicant can have no prior evictions. You must provide contact information for the previous landlord sufficient to contact her/him. CRIMINAL HISTORY Criminal history will be considered on an individual assessment such as the type and severity of the offence and how long ago the offense occurred.
