Lease terms

At least Two Year Lease agreement, no other costs included other than rent $1675 a month. Negotiable. HOA will be paid for by property owner. Renter is responsible for paying internet and electricity. Water is included. Submit any service request and will respond immediately if not as soon as possible. No smoking inside property or the balcony, or the porch in the back. Unit is on the first floor. Must give 30 days notice before you move out. Early Termination Fee: A flat fee specified in your contract, usually equivalent to 1 to 3 months of rent. Willing to negotiate. You pay rent until a replacement tenant is found, plus the landlord's advertising or administrative costs (usually $100 $500). There is a new bed in the master room, renter free to dispose of it or keep it. It was meant for an elderly person but that person did not want the bed. Renter may receive security deposit back if there are no major damages to the property at the end of the terms.
