Resort-style swimming pools and a sun-deck overlooking the ocean, direct beach access with beach essentials provided, a fitness center, sauna, and hot tub, and a yoga and wellness studio are available. A BBQ grill and outdoor seating areas are also provided. On-site valet parking is available for a daily fee.
Set right on the sand on Singer Island, this residence offers direct beach access and is a calm, walkable-to-the-sand base for a wellness-minded beach getaway. Nearby attractions include Riviera Beach Municipal Beach, Peanut Island, Phil Foster Park & Blue Heron Bridge, Manatee Lagoon, and Riviera Beach Marina Village. Across the bridge, Downtown West Palm Beach and Clematis Street offer dining, nightlife, galleries, and shopping, while Palm Beach's Worth Avenue delivers luxury shopping and fine dining.
No parties or events are allowed, and any violation will result in immediate removal without a refund and a $500 fine. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 9 AM, with noise complaints resulting in a $500 fine and potential reservation cancellation. Smoking is not allowed indoors, with outdoor smoking permitted at least 10 feet from the building and windows/doors to the unit closed; a $500 fine applies for violations. Pets are not allowed. Check-in is any time 4 PM or later, and check-out is at 11 AM. A late checkout at 12 PM may be available for an additional $25 fee, requested by 9 PM the night before. Early check-in or bag drop-off before 4 PM must be requested and approved in advance. While routine pest control is performed, refunds are not given for finding insects or geckos. The initial supply of consumables and towels/linens is provided, with additional items available for a fee. Do not adjust any mounted TVs. The property is monitored with exterior cameras that capture audio and video; tampering with them incurs a $1000 fine and may result in reservation cancellation. It is unlawful for a sexual offender or sexual predator to occupy this residence. Crypto mining or similar activities are not allowed. Guests must obtain host permission before delivering packages, and packages cannot be delivered outside of booked and paid reservation dates. Guests must refrain from leaving luggage or personal belongings upon checkout. Guests must provide full names (legal first and last names) upon booking. Host reserves the right for service providers to access the exterior of the property for maintenance.
Guests enjoy the entire residence, including two en-suite bedrooms, the half bath, living and dining areas, full kitchen, in-unit laundry, and the private oceanfront balcony. Access to the resort's shared amenities, including swimming pools, beach access, fitness center, sauna, hot tub, and common areas, is also included. Spa treatments, yoga, and wellness programs may be available by reservation for an additional fee.
Please note that the partner will place a $350 refundable authorization hold on a credit or debit card about 72 hours before arrival for security.
