Pomeroy Court Apartments are located in the relaxed Pacific Northwest, near Bellingham Bay and close to many amenities. Dedicated on-site manager. Western Washington University is a beautiful 7 minute walk away.
All of our units feature private decks/patios and are walking distance to restaurants, grocery, clothing, pharmacies, and many other stores. We have assigned, on-site parking, but we are also close to major bus routes. 1 bedroom units and 2 bedroom units without washers & dryers in unit can utilize our secure on-site laundry facilities 24/7. All 3 bedroom units come with washers & dryers.
Garbage pickup is charged at a flat rate separate from rent and water & sewer is billed separately based on usage, as is electricity.
A $50 fee is required for each application. A co-signer fee of $50. All units are rented as a whole, not by the bedroom, and Windermere does not help match applicants up with other potential roommates.
