Clean, modern, and easy to live in, you'll feel at home in this ideal home base near the heart of Tampa. This newer, thoughtfully maintained home has a clean, modern layout. The living room offers comfortable seating with a large smart TV and board games. The fully equipped kitchen features modern cabinetry and quartz counters, a Ninja air fryer, a Zojirushi rice maker, a Ninja blender, a Keurig and drip coffee maker, an electric kettle and toaster, and full cookware, bakeware, knives, dishware, and glassware. There is a dining table with seating for 4 and bar seating for 3. The outdoor space includes a fully fenced private yard with a low-maintenance turf lawn and a paver patio area. Pets are welcome with prior approval and a pet fee of $100 per pet per stay, or per month for stays exceeding 28 days. Private garage parking is included. Homebase Haven is located just minutes from downtown Tampa, offering quick access to dining, coffee shops, business districts, and major roadways. The area feels residential and quiet while keeping you close to everything Tampa has to offer. Most guests drive or use rideshare services for transportation. Short drives to downtown Tampa, Channelside, and the waterfront are easily accessible, and delivery and rideshare services are readily available. Quiet hours are from 8 PM to 8 AM, and noise levels must stay below 80 decibels during all hours. Indoor smoking and the use of fireworks are prohibited, but there is a designated smoking area outdoors, 15 ft away from the property. Only guests listed on the reservation are allowed on the property. Illegal drug use results in immediate eviction without a refund. Disabling or removing security devices or any technology results in a fee or removal from the home without a refund. Early check-in and late check-out are not guaranteed, and late check-outs past 10 AM incur a $50 fee. Smoking violations or the presence of a smoke smell may incur a $250 remediation fee minimum. Please avoid using the dishwasher or washing machine while not present, and dispose of sanitary products in provided bins only, as plumbing issues caused by misuse may incur a fee. Please maintain the home temperature between 68-80 degrees, as misuse, including setting the AC unit lower than 68 degrees leading to a technician call-out, may incur additional fees. Includes a dedicated work desk with an external monitor in the primary bedroom.
