Qualification Standards Include: *Applicant's monthly household income must exceed three times the rent and be from a verifiable source. *Applicants must receive positive references from all previous landlords for the past 5 years. *Applicant may not have any evictions or unpaid judgments from previous landlords. *Applicant must exhibit a responsible financial life. *A background check will be conducted on all applicants 18 and older. *Applicant must be a non-smoker. We utilize a most qualified tenant policy and select an applicant who is most qualified based on all our criteria. Deposit and first month's rent due prior to move in. No pets. No smoking.
