The cabin is located near the towns of Empire and Georgetown. Only 20 miles to Winter Park and 17 miles to Loveland ski areas, 30 miles to front range. Easily reached by driving 1/4 mile off highway 40 on a smooth very accessible scenic road that passes beneath gorgeous aspens and pines. In the winter months, the road is plowed daily by the county making the Jungfrau cabin easily accessed all year round by all vehicle types. 2 car level parking area adjacent to the cabin. The cabin rests graciously on tributary of Clear Creek River and on what was once the original 1870's wagon trail over Berthoud pass. So here is your chance to live full time in an amazing cabin overlooking the river. You'll get to experience all its alluring charm not just for a weekend or a week, but for 1-4 Colorado seasons.
