Lease terms

This is a 12 month lease and no smoking in the home. The home is all electric. Tenant will be responsible for payments of electricity and water. Small pet may be allowed but will be decided on individual basis and landlord reserves the right to decline based upon pet(s). It is anticipated that this property will receive a great deal of interest. Landlord is very selective and reserves the exclusive right to evaluate each application and to accept or decline any inquiry. The evaluation as to each potential tenant will be dependent upon credit worthiness and financial ability to meet the obligations of the lease. Accordingly, this is not the property for individuals with credit challenges or unstable income and a credit report will be required. No application or inquiry will be declined or disregarded in violation of 42 U.S.C. 3601 et seq. and/or 42 U.S.C. 1981, 1982 or any applicable statute(s).
